Customers arrive with their authorised waste; the operator draws up a reception note and directs the customer to the cells in which to unload their delivery.

The introduction of producer responsibility organisations means recoverable waste can be taken back, allowing us to offer free take-back to our customers. This take-back requires us to meet strict conditions in terms of waste quality. This new arrangement reflects the company's commitment to reducing illegal dumping and encourages people to bring in their waste free of charge.
